All papers can be an investigation of the built and unbuilt environment and its connecting threads between the Past, the Present, and the Future in terms of transforming meanings in identity. The scope of the investigation (Broad or Speciﬁc) and the approaches of study, for all themes, are open-ended and up to the authors. All interested academicians, researchers, practitioners, and students are invited to submit papers in the following themes. The themes have been broadly grouped as follows.

- Resilience in the Era of Change
- Space as an Expression of Democracy
- Identity and Sustainability
- Architecture and the local community
Academicians, Professionals and Students from backgrounds of Architecture, Urban design, Planning, Conservation, Anthropology, History and connected disciplines.
All papers will be published in the conference proceeding book with an ISBN-978-93-5473-568-4. Few of the submitted papers will be picked for paper presentation during the conference under the said themes.
Few handpicked papers submitted in the conference will be further published in Highly Indexed Journals (Scopus/ Web of sciences/ UGC care). It will prove to be a vital reference for architects, urban designers, architectural and urban practitioners, decision-makers, and governing bodies involved in urban development strategies.
