2 prize winner teams selected during step 2 + 2 local teams and
3 invitational designation teams(total 7 teams)
BRIEF
The use of the building in the form of a combination of education and research facilities, business facilitise, multi-unit houses, and neighborhood living facilities.
This design site is 84, Madeul-ro 13gil, Dobong-gu, Seoul 1-8 Chang-dong. The design of ‘Generation-Convergence Start-up Center and the Seoul Northern 50 Plus Campus at the Urban Regeneration Project Site in Changdong and Sanggye' plays a leading role of Seoul Metropolitan Government’s Staged Urban Connection Plan. Efficient complexity is considered in space planning in terms of characteristics of each facility.
The scale of design shall be approximately 16,300㎡ in floor area, adjustable within ±2%, and the height and number of floors of the building shall be proposed by architects, considering the related law, management and changes.
