The Autodesk “Design for Home & Office” Challenge gets you and your designs closer to industry professionals and will help launch your career! Use Autodesk® Fusion 360™ to design a 3D personal work space and you could earn prizes, recognition, and face-to-face time with industry leaders from Steelcase. You will compete against other student designers and entries will be judged by a panel of top designers from Steelcase.

HOW TO APPLY
Step 1: Start by downloading Autodesk® Fusion 360 ™, free** access is available for students, educators, and schools

Step 2: Next, check out Autodesk how-to videos, tips, and and online resources to get modelling in no time

Step 3: Once you feel comfortable with Autodesk® Fusion 360™ and the posted guidelines, get started designing

Step 4: Post your Fusion 360 file (.f3z or .f3d files) and render (.jpg) to the “Design for Home & Office” in the challenges for consideration by the panel of judges

Step 5: Write a brief description of your design in challenge 3

Step 6: Vote for your favorite designs and share the news of the challenge with your peers via social media to show design popularity on the website.

PRIZES

The estimated retail value of the prizes that will be awarded to each winner in the Competition in U.S. Dollars is/are as follows. There will be 10 winners and 10 prize packages awarded as follows:

Each Judges Award Winner(s) will receive:

 A one-hour virtual mentoring session to be conducted via audio or video conference line with one of three judges who will be paired with a different winner based on their place in the competition (1st, 2nd, or 3rd). A date and time will be arranged via email with each Judges Award Winner following the November 16, 2016 Winners announcement.
