Reimagining London’s High-Rise Green Spaces Design Contest: A Platform for Innovation and Sustainability:
EnviroBuild is excited to announce the “Reimagining London’s High-Rise Green Spaces” design contest, inviting all aspiring architects and designers to showcase their innovative solutions for urban living. This contest provides a unique opportunity to present ground-breaking designs for medium or high-density residential or mixed-use developments in London, with a focus on sustainability and incorporating outdoor spaces at height.
Contest Overview:
The competition aims to address the challenges of urban living by encouraging creative, eco-friendly designs that integrate green spaces into high-rise environments. Participants are asked to reimagine balconies and terraces as integral parts of high-density urban settings, using cutting-edge materials and sustainable design principles. Esteemed judges, including Laura Stephenson, Director at Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, and Kathryn Tombling, Architect Principal at BDP, will select the 10 top designs which will make up our “Emerging Architects Redesign Outdoor Urban Life” Exhibition which will be open throughout London Design Festival. The winner will receive the top prize of £2,000 and has the chance to present their design at the awards evening in front of top London architecture firms and design experts.
