The AIA COTE® Top Ten for Students Competition is sponsored by The American Institute of Architects Committee on the Environment (AIA COTE®), in partnership with the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture (ACSA). Each year, the competition recognizes ten exceptional student design studio projects that integrate health, sustainability, and equity evaluated following the same categories of the AIA COTE® Top Ten Award for built work, and the AIA Framework for Design Excellence (now adopted as the basis of professional practice and awards across the AIA).

The UC Berkeley College of Environmental Design requests proposals from an emerging designer or team of collaborating designers for an exhibition of their creative work. This “Emerging Designers” exhibition is scheduled from March 9 to April 10, 2020. This call is open to individuals, teams, or emerging firms in the fields of architecture, landscape, and urban design. The committee will consider proposals that explore a wide variety of design and urban-related topics. To qualify as an emerging designer, the individual should have received their terminal degree within the past five academic years.
