This Competition is conducted on the basis of the provisions of the Act of January 29, 2004 – The Public Procurement Code (consolidated wording in the Journal of Laws of Republic of Poland of 2015, item 2164, with subsequent amendments), hereinafter referred to as the “Act” as well as these Rules and Regulations. The Competition is a single–stage competition. In it, the competition Participants (Participants) shall submit Applications (Applications) to participate in the Competition. The Organizer shall allow the participation of Participants meeting requirements as defied in the Competition Rules and Regulations (Rules and Regulations) and invite them to submit Competition Designs.
