For the Home for the Blind competition, participants are asked to submit designs for a semi-detached house for a single blind occupant. The property would need to include all the basic amenities of a typical home, such as a kitchen, bedroom, living room, and bathroom, as well as a small courtyard. Designers are asked to create projects that enhance the lives and living experiences of the inhabitants. Materiality, circulation, and zoning are just a few of the things that participants should focus on in their project submissions.

The Design Competition brings the diversified design concept in the school and the developing areas, sharing the high-quality resources and supporting the educational poverty alleviation. Through the building construction and the subsequent supplementary service, it will bring more diversified learning experience space in rural areas. It is required to design a library for public welfare in Yanyuan County Minority Middle School, Liangshan, with an architectural area no more than 50 square meters (area calculation according to the national regulations), and the maximum height of the building is 6 meters (based on the building level zero). The architecture design and surrounding landscape design are both required.

The call for ideas Leisure Harbor was launched on November 2020 by YAC – Young Architects Competitions – in collaboration with BT and Marina di Loano for a restyling of Marina di Loano, one of the most beautiful marinas in Europe.
