We hereby announce the architectural design competition for the ‘Gonghang-Dong Cultural & Sports Center Life SOC Complex Project’ in Gangseo District, Seoul, as follows.
1. Competition Overview

• Site Area : 1,141.30㎡(Green Area : 627.27㎡)
• Total Floor Area : 6,894.39㎡ (Margin of Error : within ±5%)
• Program of Facility : Sports Facility
• Estimated Design Cost : 1,980Million Won (Including VAT, Indemnity insurance)
• Design Period : 365 days from the start date of design service (including holidays)
2. Participant Eligibility
: Both domestic and international architects can participate. In the case of joint participation, up to 2 companies are allowed, but one of the participants must be selected as the representative and registered.
