The Arquine International Architecture Competition calls for the design and construction of a Pavilion that, inserted in the city temporarily, manages to generate, based on its own discourse, an innovative and sustainable proposal, which allows the development of an open and public program. that builds a place for the interaction between architecture and citizenship.

The MEXTRÓPOLI Pavilion is the benchmark per se for each edition of the MEXTRÓPOLI City and Architecture Festival.

OBJECTIVES

Convene, a universal basis, to submit ideas for the development and construction of a social pavilion, recyclable and reusable, which constitutes an element that announce and report the current state of architecture, complying with the requirements established in these rules.
Build the Pavilion as part of the International Festival of Architecture and City MEXTRÓPOLI, with the aim of becoming the benchmark, in each edition able to contribute to the festival themes for reflection and discussion on the architecture and the city.

Eligibility

The invitation is open to architects and architecture students all over the world. Teams, collective and individual participants are welcome. The groups may incorporate professionals or students from other disciplines. We recommend having an architect or architecture student in the team.

It is not necessary to have some record of the professional association of the country of origin to participate.

Each entrant or team may submit only one proposal.
