Silk Matters organization is pleased to invite students and recent graduates from all over the world to take part in Gaudi Architecture Prize: International Student Design Awards 2020. We focus on promoting and celebrating the student community of Architecture and Design. The purpose of this Award is to provide a platform for students to showcase outstanding work in Un-built academic designs and idea projects and gain worldwide recognition. This Architecture Prize is named after the Great Catalan Architect- Antoni Gaudi, as a token of respect and honor to his architectural achievements and sculptural masterpieces.

Gaudi Architecture Prize is broadly categorized under 4 focus areas with over 20 sub categories carefully selected by our research team

Focus areas:

  1. Architectural Design
  2. Interior Design
  3. Furniture Design
  4. Urban Design

Rewards & Recognition

40+ awards to the most commendable projects. Winners in each category along with first and second runner-up and possible honorable mentions at the jury’s discretion, will receive a cash prize* and gain international recognition through online publishing across various Architecture and Design platforms. Winners will also have their entries issued on our Annual Design magazine.

Eligibility

This Award is open to students and recent graduates of 2017 & later; belonging to any nationality, in the following disciplines and their affiliated fields:

  • Architecture
  • Landscape Architecture
  • Interior Design
  • Furniture Design
  • Urban Design

Jury

We have rounded up a world renowned international jury panel for Gaudi Architecture Prize 2020. Each juror is highly qualified and distinguished in the field with over 20 years of experience.

Schedule & Fees

Early Registration: 10th July 2020 – 31st July 2020

  • Foreign nationals: 20 EUR + taxes
  • Indian nationals: 650 INR + taxes

Standard Registration: 1st August 2020 – 15th September 2020

  • Foreign nationals: 30 EUR + taxes
  • Indian nationals: 750 INR + taxes

Late Registration: 16th September 2020 – 20th October 2020

  • Foreign nationals: 50 EUR + taxes
  • Indian nationals: 900 INR + taxes

Submission Deadline: 20th October 2020

Announcement of Results: 1st November 2020
