PROLOGOS 2021 aims to engage in a social and political debate in an effort to shift the negative narrative around refugees. With this, we are able to define and help build a positive narrative around population movements. This involves encouraging compassion around how we can achieve better mutual understanding and integration as a response to the increased numbers of people fleeing their home countries.
Architectural response to social issues goes a long way.
2021 has seen the increasing struggle of Afghan refugees. Yet, refugees and mass migration is a phenomenon that existed for centuries. So why are there still so many criticisms revolving around the handling of refugees? Why are we still bad at managing it?
